Summer 2010 and Try Out Information

Summer Conditioning
· Every Monday and Wednesday at WSHS from 9-11 am. (except for the week of July 5th- Tuesday Thursday conditioning).
· You MUST attend 10-13. You will be excused if you are at a Sports camp.

Try outs
· To try out you must have a current Physical, Emergency Care Form and Participation Pledge (under team files section)
· All Paper work is to be turned in Monday August 9th between 9-11 am or 3-5 pm in T-171(9th grade health trailer).
· Try outs will begin Tuesday August 10th at 7am. Be early!
· Try outs will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am -10am.
· Teams will be made Thursday evening @5:30 pm.
· Bring with you a stick, shin guards, water bottle, mouth guard, cleats and running shoes. Sticks will not be provided.
